Obituary for Sr. Monica Jean Welniak Ssnd

Born to Eternal Life August 9, 2017, age 87. Survived by her sisters Patty Wester and Gloria Welniak, nieces, nephews, other relatives and the SSND community. Preceded in death by her parents John and Monica Welniak, her sister Alvina Hansen, and her brother Hubert Welniak. A Wake Service will be celebrated Monday, August 14, 2017 at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Holy Family Chapel at Notre Dame of Elm Grove, 13105 Watertown Plank Rd. Friends may call Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of Service. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the School Sisters of Notre Dame Retirement Fund would be appreciated.
