Obituary for Dorothy M. Kleiber

Dorothy M.  Kleiber
(née Roark) Age 93, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 13, 2016 after a brief illness. Dotti and her twin sister, Marie, were born in Milwaukee, WI on August 14, 1923 to Clifford and Marie (née Mayer) Roark. She was united in marriage to Rudolf Kleiber on June 5, 1954. Dotti worked at Columbia Hospital and was an active member of the American Legion Post 416 Women's Auxiliary. Throughout the years, she enjoyed volunteering at the VA Hospital, traveling to her Arizona home in winter, and singing in various church choirs. In her later years, she loved to spend Sunday afternoons visiting her daughter Kathy's home, where she particularly enjoyed son-in-law Rick's cooking and playing with Kathy's pup Huckleberry. She is survived by her brother Robert Roark (fiancé Kathy), children Terrence, Jan (Farshid) Feyzi, Thomas (Barbara), Kathy (Richard) Sauter, grandson Kevan Feyzi, granddaughter Tara, great grandson Justin, sisters-in-law Maria Abadie and Joyce Kleiber, many loving nieces and nephews, other relatives, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Marie and Clifford, beloved husband Rudolf, son Steven, brother Clifford, and sisters Marie and Betty. Dotti was a joy to be with and will be truly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 22, at 12:30 PM at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., with a visitation from 11:30 AM until time of Mass. Private entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Thank you to the staff at Riverview Assisted Living in Menomonee Falls for their compassionate care of Dotti.
