We offer several cremation options, and each can be personalized to meet your needs:
- Traditional cremation services. This is much like a traditional funeral. The body of the deceased is placed in a specially-selected cremation casket or rental casket, and is the focal point of the service. A visitation may take place prior to the funeral service, and the cycle is completed with the cremation rather than a traditional graveside burial. Once the cremation has occurred, the remains are returned to the family. One can then decide to scatter, bury or retain the cremated remains in an urn or other keepsake.
- Memorial gathering after the cremation. This can occur at any time after the cremation. The urn is usually on display at the service, which can take place in any setting preselected by the deceased or preferred by the family. This gives family and friends ample time to prepare and attend.
- Direct or simple cremation. This involves completion of all required paperwork and the transportation of the deceased from the hospital, family residence, nursing facility or coroner's office to the crematory.
