Condolence: My most heartfelt condolences to Ron and Donna's family. I made Ron's acquaintance and built a friendly relationship as his business banker. He was the kindest family man and I always looked forward to the opportunity to sit down and talk with him at his Germantown home as a banker and as a friend. Perhaps it was because he was always so welcoming and made you feel at home. For so many years he touched the hearts of many, he will be missed. I didn't have the opportunity to know him as long as most, but it was a very sad day when I heard the new. I wish the best for Donna and their wonderful family. Jay Sciachitano
