Obituary for Carol A. Kustrup

Carol A. Kustrup
Carol Ann Kustrup, 79 years old, residing in New Berlin, Wisconsin passed away and found peace after her struggle with Alzheimer's disease at the Linden Grove Nursing Care Facility on May 16, 2017.

Carol was born in Trenton, New Jersey on January 8, 1938 to parents Edward and Mabel (Boyer) Golinsky. Married to Pete Schroeder and had two sons, Bill Schroeder (Kate) and Ed Schroeder. She was divorced and married Robert Kustrup. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her family was the most important part of her life. She was a calming influence on her family and friends and always made everyone feel important and loved. Mom enjoyed her work as an insurance administrator and loved to have her family around her. Everyone looked forward to large family meals at her home. No one left hungry.

Carol is survived by her two loving sons, five grandchildren, Lindsey, Billy, Nicole, and Allison Schroeder, Mallory King (Perry), two great-granddaughters Madelyn and Presley King, sister Linda Neary, step-daughter Pam Schroeder, and special friend David Fine. Mom taught us the importance of family, truth, grace, hard work and compassion. She is loved and missed very much by all who knew her.

Memorial service to be held on Saturday, July 22, 2107 at 11:00am at St. Raphael Church located at 151 Gropp Avenue in Hamilton, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Society in Carol's name.
