Obituary for Cheryl Lynn Gromacki

Cheryl Lynn  Gromacki
(Nee Kust) Of Brookfield. Born January 18, 1951. Passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 12, 2016. Cheryl was born to Betty and Lester Kust. She attended Greendale High School and graduated from UW-LaCrosse with a bachelor's degree in education. She would then continue her lifelong career in education. Cheryl loved cooking, the holidays, the Packers, wine and the occasional Manhattan. She was passionate about travel, nature, spending time up north and Door County. She was a true nurturer who loved being a mom and grandma. She was a rock for her family and will be forever missed.

She is survived by her husband Bill, three children Jamie (Brian) Deuster, Tim (Stephanie) and Carrie (Mike) Huhn, three granddaughters Lydia, Leah and Grace, sister Marybeth (Darrel) Mack, brother Greg (Denise) Kust, nieces, a nephew, other relatives and many friends. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 17, 9 AM to 10:45 AM at St. John Vianney Parish, 1755 N. Calhoun Rd., Brookfield, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Immediately following the Mass, a lunch will be served at the Parish Hall which is adjacent to the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Cheryl Lynn Gromacki Memorial Fund, c/o Waukesha State Bank, 1640 East Main Street, Waukesha, 53186.
