Obituary for Hildegard M. Gigl

Hildegard M.  Gigl
(Nee Militzer) Peacefully slipped into the arms of our Lord and reunited with her beloved husband, Clarence on November 18, 2016, at the age of 101. Also preceded in death by her dearest sister, Sr. Mary Eric Militzer, SSND, her sister-in-law Sylvia Gigl, and her dear grandchildren Michael Fabisch and Brittney Gigl. Cherished mother of Grace (James) Fabisch, James (Debra) Gigl, Thomas (Diane) Gigl, Joan (Reuben Bankier) Gigl and Robert (Marta) Gigl. Loving grandmother of Dorelle (John) Archambeau, Christopher Gigl, Brian (Jennifer) Gigl, Benett Gigl, Michel Bankier, Joseph Bankier and Taylor Gigl. Proud great-grandmother of Shelby Kreeb, Desiree Gigl, Kaylie Kreeb and Nora Gigl. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, November 23, 10 AM to 12 Noon at St. Pius X Church, 2506 N. Wauwatosa Ave., Wauwatosa, followed by a Funeral Mass at 12 Noon. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, and at the request of Hildegard, memorials to the School Sisters of Notre Dame, 13105 Watertown Plank Road, Elm Grove, 53122 or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Lutheran Home and Seasons Hospice for their kind and loving care.
