Carol lived the true meaning of friendship and I felt honored that she called me her friend. She always greeted me with a welcoming smile that made me feel I had been missed. When I spoke, she listened attentively, like I was the only one in the room. I looked to Carol for advice because she would always respond with unconditional respect in her calm voice of reason. Her opinions always came from her heart. She laughed easily and expressed her emotions openly. I could trust her words completely. Carol's transparency made me feel loved.

Carol was an amazing, loyal friend with strong convictions and a love of life. She fiercely loved her husband Wayne, daughter Jill, son Rob and her grandchildren. Carol was like an older sister to me and we shared some wonderful times. She taught me a lot about life and I knew she always had my back.
